We will deliver your order by our standard delivery of 3–5 working days. All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. Unfortunately, we are unable to give an exact delivery time.
Orders placed after the relevant cut off time will be classed, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday except for public holidays.
Delivery is free when you spend over £10, all orders under £10 will have a delivery charge of £3. Exceptions may apply to large items and products being delivered to non-UK mainland locations.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified in your Order. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address.
We cannot deliver items within the same Order to multiple addresses. You may receive your Order where necessary in multiple packages.
Unfortunately, at this time we can only deliver to the UK. There may also be some items where there are delivery restrictions. With such products, we will ask you for your postcode to check that we can deliver to your location in advance of you placing your order.
Certain orders and larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, the carrier may ask a neighbour. If a signature cannot be obtained, the delivery will be re-arranged.
Where a signature is given by someone other than you or the parcel is taken to a local post office or depot, the order will be treated as having been delivered.
If you are not able to accept the delivery of the Products from us, or you haven’t specified a safe place or neighbour who can accept it on your behalf (if the option is available), we will re-arrange the delivery. If, after further failed deliveries or if you are unable to collect your delivery from a depot, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs.
