Slow-Cooked Lamb with Apricots

Ingredients
- 90g lean cubed lamb
- half an onion, finely chopped
- 200g canned chopped tomatoes
- 10g dried chopped apricots
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 200ml stock
Method
- Combine all the ingredients well in a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for at least 8 hours.
