These products contain Vitamin A. Do not take if pregnant or planning pregnancy. May not be suitable for people with a fish or crustacean allergy due to the Kelp. Contains iron which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Total content of iron per bottle is 240mg. B vitamins may turn urine bright yellow - this is normal.
