Made from a blend of whey protein concentrate, pea, pumpkin and rice protein, this product contains all 9 essential amino acids. There’s no maltodextrin or soy protein. The carbs only come from high-quality sources of oat and waxy maize starch.

Suggested use
MEAL REPLACEMENT (60g): Mix 60g (approximately 2 x 60ml scoops) with 350ml of water until a smooth, even consistency is achieved. Substituting one daily meal of an energy restricted diet with a meal replacement contributes to the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Substituting two daily meals of an energy restricted diet with meal replacements contributes to weight loss. 60g is the recommended portion size for this product. HIGH-PROTEIN SHAKE (30g): Mix 30g (approximately 1 x 60ml scoops) with 175ml of water until a smooth, even consistency is achieved. This serving size does not constitute a meal replacement and should be used as a high-protein food supplement between meals.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep the pouch sealed. Best to consume entire product within 3 months of opening.
