Nutrigold Superlec Plus is a natural lecithin powder, delivering high potency phosphatidyl choline (32%) and plant sterols including beta-sitosterol. A daily intake of at least 0.8g plant sterols contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Superlec Plus powder is easily blended into food, juices or smoothies.
1-2 teaspoons (approx. 5-10g) twice daily or as directed by a practitioner. Mix powder into fresh juice, smoothie or food. This is a natural product so appearance, smell and taste may vary between batches.
Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the daily recommended intake. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if the lid seal is broken. Do not consume silica sachet. This product is not suitable if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. It is recommended that total dietary intake of plant sterols should not exceed 3g per day.
