Instant Whey Pro is Reflex Nutrition's flagship high-in-protein and low-in-fats powder, and has been for nearly two decades. It is made from whey protein concentrates and isolates as well as milk protein concentrate. Reflex use whey protein that's hormone and antibiotic free and made from the milk of grass-fed cows. Milk from grass-fed cows is richer in omega-3 fatty acids and has up to five times as much CLA. Instant Whey Pro also contains LactoSpore, a friendly bacteria. Instant Whey Pro is suitable for anyone aiming to support their gym, sport or exercise activities. As it's high in protein and low in fat it's the ideal choice for those who want to tone and sculpt without the extra carbs. It's also suitable for vegetarians.

Suggested use
Mix 25 g (approximately 3 scoops) with 150 ml water or skimmed milk until a smooth even consistency is achieved. 1 scoop = 25 ml measure.
