If pain, swelling, changes in sensation or other unusual reactions occur while using this product, you should contact your doctor immediately. HOT/COLD PACK - DO NOT HEAT TEXTILE POCKET IN MICROWAVE. To avoid frostbite, cold therapy should not exceed 20 minutes at a time. Watch gel compress while heating. If gel compress starts to expand, turn off microwave. Do not apply gel compress directly to skin or to injured skin. Use only as directed. Individuals with circulatory problems should consult a physician before using this product. Do not use this product with any topical pain relievers or ointments. This product is non-toxic, however, it is not intended to be eaten. If additional heat is required, wait 1 hour before reheating gel compress. Excessive heating may cause gel compress to rupture and leak. Keep out of reach of children.
